"I found a very thin pitbull tied up and abandoned on thirteenth st. He had been there for three hrs and was throwing up
everywhere and extremely dehydrated. I took him last night to the vet and he should be better by tommorow morning. The problem is come Monday I have no where to take him. Not a single shelter will take him and I have a dog who is very territorial. I was wondering if you had any friends here that would foster or who had some ideas."
