Luther is back... again

The stupid kid that owns Luther has lost him again, still no collar and he's still not fixed. His owner's cell phone is disconnected (I don't like to use the word "owner" but in this case I can't think of a better term). We have been out of town for the last 3 weeks so who knows how many times he's visited while we were gone. I mean, if Mimi was getting out and roaming the streets, I would be in a full blown panic, this kid doesn't seem to care at all. I don't even want to give him back at this point, but I'm not sure if I can keep him either. But its really fun having a visiter.
